We want to thank the A+ School Assembly for asking us to perform, giving us a great opportunity to share our enthusiasm for the arts and our cultural legacy in music. We should do this more often. We also want to thank Mr. Sherrer and Mrs. Easley who took great care of us while we were in OKC. They both presided over a very informative question and answer session where both the kids concerns and adults questions were addressed very well. Perhaps you will be casting your vote for one of these kids someday. Former House Rep., Mr. Larry Rice arranged for the OU Alumni Hall to remain open just so we could have a good meal before heading back to Pryor/Chouteau. Our thanks also goes out to Mr. Brad Henry, Governor of the Great State of Oklahoma for visiting with the fiddlers and providing untold realms of inspiration to us all. | |||||||||||||||
